Refund Policy

1. Conditions for Refund

Refunds are issued only when:

The returned item passes inspection
Documentation (e.g., serial number verification) is valid
Third-party payer authorization (if applicable) is confirmed

Refunds are credited to the original payment method or to the insurer/payer, as appropriate, within 7–10 business days of final approval.

2. Exclusions

No refunds will be issued for:

Custom-fabricated or personalized devices
Opened hygiene-sensitive or single-use items
Perishable, date-sensitive, or refrigerated items
Original shipping, setup, or white-glove delivery charges

3. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If an item is defective or incorrect due to our error:

AMHI will arrange and cover return shipping
A replacement or full refund will be offered, depending on payer preference
A formal report, including photos , may be required for compliance and verification
Ensuring proper packaging

⚠️ All claims must be submitted within 5 calendar days of delivery and include sufficient documentation to qualify for resolution.
