Return Policy

1. Eligibility & Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided:

The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
All manuals, components, and accessories are included

The following items are non-returnable:

Custom-fabricated DME (e.g., orthotics, custom bracing)
Personal hygiene items (e.g., commodes, cushions, incontinence products)
Opened single-use items (e.g., catheters, CPAP masks)
Temperature- or time-sensitive goods (e.g., refrigerated injectables)

2. Authorization Required

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at sender’s expense.

RMA requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

3. Inspection & Restocking Fee

Returned items are inspected for:

Serial number match
Functionality
Packaging integrity

A restocking fee of 15%–25% applies depending on the product category and labor required. This fee will be disclosed at the time of sale, upon request.

⚠️ Items damaged by the customer, missing components, or not matching records will not be eligible for refund.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for:

Return shipping costs
Using a trackable and insured service
Ensuring proper packaging

We do not accept C.O.D. shipments.
