Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Delivery

Al Mani Health Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”) processes orders within 1–2 business days, subject to the following conditions:

• Full verification of:
  • Valid prescriptions
  • Certificates of Medical Necessity (CMNs)
  • Fiscal orders or payer prior authorizations (e.g., Workers’ Compensation adjusters or Medicare/Medicaid contractors)
• Full payment received (where applicable)

⚠️ Processing timelines may be extended due to missing documentation, incomplete orders, or third-party payer delays beyond our control.

We offer the following shipping and delivery tiers:

• Standard Shipping: via trusted third-party carriers.
• Expedited Shipping: available for an additional fee.
• White-Glove Delivery & Setup: for qualified WC patients and private-pay clientele. Includes in-home delivery, installation, and basic usage instruction by trained staff.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Item weight and dimensions
• Destination and service tier
• Regulatory and handling requirements (e.g., oxygen transport compliance)

2. Delivery Responsibilities

We guarantee the delivery of non-expired, fully functional products that meet FDA labeling and CMS DMEPOS requirements.

• All shipments include real-time tracking.
• White-glove delivery includes:
  • Physical setup
  • Functionality test
  • Patient orientation
  • A signed Delivery & Training Acknowledgment form

⚠️ Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any defects, missing components, or concerns within 5 business days.

AMHI is not responsible for any damages, delays, or functionality issues reported after this timeframe unless required by law.

3. Proof of Delivery (POD)

We maintain POD documentation for a minimum of 6 years, including:

• Delivery address, date, and time
• Recipient name and signature
• Type of delivery (standard, expedited, or white-glove)

This complies with DMEPOS Supplier Standards, Medicare/Medicaid audit requirements, and Workers’ Compensation regulations.
